主讲人简介：
mohsen guizani is currently a professor at the cse department in qatar university, qatar. his research interests include wireless communications and mobile computing, computer networks, mobile cloud computing, security, and smart grid. he is currently the editor-in-chief of the ieee network magazine, serves on the editorial boards of several international technical journals and the founder and editor-in-chief of wireless communications and mobile computing journal (wiley). he is the author of nine books and more than 500 publications in refereed journals and conferences. he guest edited a number of special issues in ieee journals and magazines. he also served as a member, chair, and general chair of a number of international conferences. throughout his career, he received three teaching awards and four research awards. he was the chair of the ieee communications society wireless technical committee and the chair of the taos technical committee. he served as the ieee computer society distinguished speaker and is currently the ieee comsoc distinguished lecturer. he is a fellow of ieee and a senior member of acm.

主讲人简介：
cheng-xiang wang is currently a professor at southeast university, nanjing, china. he has co-authored three books, one book chapter, more than 350 journal and conference papers, including over 120 papers published in various ieee journals/magazines and 23 esi highly cited papers. he has also delivered 17 invited keynote speeches and talks and 7 tutorials in international conferences. his work has been cited more than 10100 times with h-index of 50. his current research interests include wireless channel measurements/modeling, b5g wireless communication networks, and applying artificial intelligence to wireless communication networks.
dr. wang is a fellow of the ieee and iet, an ieee communications society distinguished lecturer for 2019 and 2020, and a highly cited researcher recognized by clarivate analytics in 2017 and 2018. he was a recipient of ten best paper awards from the ieee globecom 2010, ieee icct 2011, itst 2012, ieee vtc 2013-spring, iwcmc 2015, iwcmc 2016, ieee/cic iccc 2016, wpmc 2016, and wocc 2019. he has served as a technical program committee (tpc) member, the tpc chair, and the general chair for over 80 international conferences. he is currently an executive editorial committee (eec) member for ieee transactions on wireless communications.

主 讲 人：舒磊教授
主讲人简介：
舒磊，南京农业大学，教授，博士生导师。英国林肯大学，林肯教授，博士生导师。南农-林肯智能工程研究中心主任。中国计算机学会计算机应用专委会副主任。目前任国际期刊《ieee transactions on industrial informatics》、《ieee communications magazine》、《ieee network magazine》《ieee systems journal》、《ieee access》、《ieee/caa journal of automatica sinica》、《sensors》等期刊编委。在爱尔兰国立高威大学获得博士学位，在日本大阪大学获得博士后研究经历。主要研究方向为：无线传感器网络。目前在该领域发表论文400多篇，其中超过80篇发表在各类ieee期刊上（如ieee transactions on industrial electronics、ieee transactions on industrial informatics等）。论文累计他引近8000次，h-index值48。2010年获得globecom最优论文奖，2013年获得icc最优论文奖, 2017、2018年ieee systems journal最优论文奖, 2017年journal of network and computer applications期刊最优论文奖。2014年获得ccf计算机应用专委会特别贡献奖, 2017、2018年ieee access outstanding associate editor award。在超过50个各类国际会议中担任各类主席。
